Wow Tee'd Off Vindicaar and Can't Get Back

GeekVape Aegis X can't unlock wattage

I decided to lock my wattage, but after being locked for a couple hours I now can't unlock it. I press the + & - at the same time but it won't unlock and I can't figure out what to do

Try turning it off and back on again? Or a battery pull? Or clicking them simultaneously , like make sure at the exact same time. Since wattage change is locked or whatever it might be dismissing the action as up Then down or vice versa..

I turned it off and on, I pulled battery, I pulled the tank. Still nothing. I was sitting and clicking both buttons at the same time for quite a while thinking that maybe I wasn't hitting them at the same time

Just had this happen to me. Not sure if you still need an answer still, but i held the + and - at the same time for like two or three seconds and it unlocked

I was trying to hold the power button and the + button together since thats how my last vape would lock/unlock. Seems I wasn't too far off. :p

I just bought one and I had the same issue but it's an easy fix just hold the two up and down wattage buttons for 5 seconds in it'll unlock easy as cake but it still will fire when it's locked that's gonna have to be a con because no one want's a mod firing in there pocket in burning their coil. Other then that if they send out a update firmware this mod is flawless in it's not really a big deal the mod boots up really fast so doesn't really bother me but that doesn't mean geek shouldn't just ditch that con behind they wanna compete with the best they gotta be the best I'd give this mod an A- I'm not a critic but I'm just being honest there's alot of other mods I'd rate extremely lower like the ipv5 by pioneer I'd give that mod a D- the battery door magnets get ripped off easily and the wattage sticks and you have to take out the batterys. Another two mods I'd just I would have to rate it an F for failure because this was the worst mods I've ever had and that's the smok pro color and the ipriv at first the pro color was working all nice and awesome then the wattage starts moving on it's own and almost blew up I had to trash that one immediately. In the ipriv by smok was nice for a while then the battery door and the plastic in side started to brake and the mod just stopped working after a year. Anyway the aegis x is an outstanding mod I would highly recommend it it's definitely worth you're money in its built to last years upon years.

Fuck thanks for this. I was stuck at 48 😂😂😂 usually vape at around 70/75. 48 felt like an ultralight cigarette 😂

I have had 3 of these and they all have thr same fate sadly. The screen will get stuck on brightness but you can't interact to change the brightness. Then if you finally break away from that screen the device will manually take itself up to 100watts. If you can fiddle with it for a while you can change the wattage but it inevitably takes itself back up to 100watts but still won't fire. Pulling the battery or changing battery does nothing. Hut i rapped it a fee times easily and it started working again for a while then just randomly will take itself up to 100w for an hour or so and then get stuck with rinse and repeat. Never fails. Usually after only a month of owning and never dropping or getting wet it is just bad coding maybe idk yet. Still can't find the issue online but 3 out of 3 got trashed over it. Won't go back to that brand until they fix the issue. Anyone else had this happen to them yet?

I have the 200 watt aegis. I have the same problem. It will not fire, is fixed on the screen brightness and voltage adjust screen/function, and all the unit does is endlessly cycle through it wattage rage from 5 up to 200, and then, after a moment, it all starts over again. Aggravating block of crap. Used it for2 months at best
